Welcome to the Partnership

The New Castle County Community Partnership, Inc. (NCCCP) is a non-profit, community-based, public/private consortium of grassroots neighborhood coalitions working together to reduce alcohol, tobacco, and other drug (ATOD) use/abuse and to build community pride.

The implementation of these life changing programs are a direct result of the generous contributions made by people and organizations such as yourself. If you wish to make a donation please click the "Donate" button below the American Flag.

The partnership was established through the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP). Demonstration Center Grant Funds were awarded to the New Castle County Executive. The funds provided support for five years (1991 - 1996) to assist in the establishment of a bi-level system in New Castle County. NCCCP is now a self-sustaining public trust functioning independently of the New Castle County Executive's office.
